Development of a French verb conjugator:

  • Data collection through web scraping using Python Scrapy.
  • Data preparation: data augmentation and encoding.
  • Modelling using an LSTM neural network which takes as input the verb, mode, tense and personal pronoun, then generates the conjugation.
  • Use of automatic natural language processing (NLP) to extract the verb, pronoun and tense from the query provided by the user.

Development of an adaptive learning approach:

  • Implementation of a reinforcement learning model based on the multi-armed bandit algorithm.

  • Application of the MFCC technique to extract features from the audio signal.
  • Modelling using a CNN convolutional neural network.
  • Generation of a colour representation based on model probabilities.

  • Data Cleaning: Handling missing data, data normalization, correcting input errors, and managing outliers.
  • Building an interactive dashboard using Power BI.
